Payment Terms and Schedule

A 50% Deposit will be due at the time of the contract being executed in the form of an ACH transfer.

Four (4) additional draws in the amount of 10% at the completion of each stage will be required for the following inspections:
1) Trailer Vin Verification and Inspection
2) Framing Inspection
3) Rough Mechanicals
4) Dry-In and Insulation Inspection

A Final Payment for the balance of the Purchase Price will be due upon completion and a scheduled delivery date will be scheduled for the transportation of the tiny home to the customer's address. Customer presented with all documentation. Final payment is required before your new tiny home will be scheduled for delivery.

Build Schedule Timeline

Upon the contract being executed and the ACH Transfer being received an initial order for the following items will be placed upon final Rulaco Drawing.

Week 1
-Order 24 x 8 custom built tiny home trailer with two (2) 7,000# Dexter Axles, 5k Drop Leg Jack and 4 Leveling Lacks
-Order the Volstrukt Tiny Home Kit
-Order window package per drawings and specifications from Rosati Windows
-Order siding design and roofing per drawings and specifications based on tiny home kit design

Weeks 2-6
Tiny Home planning and design period
Kitchen and Bath renderings
Final approval for customers fixtures, appliances and hardware
Material ordering and product procurement

Week 7
Trailer projected arrival from Ron’s Trailers*
Tiny Home Kit projected arrival from Volstrukt*
Window and Siding order projected arrival from Rosati Windows and Siding Vendor

Weeks 8-18*
Tiny Home Build and Inspections
Complete Tiny Home

Week 19
State of Ohio DOT Inspection and final registration
Schedule Delivery through One Call Logistics
(*Note: Due to the unpredictable forecasting of materials and delivery of products. Any delays on materials that could delay completion date, Rulaco has substitute materials of equal quality as a contingency plan to replace any delayed items that may cause scheduling run over)

Rulaco Tiny Homes provides bi-monthly accounting statements during the entire build process.
All of our Tiny Home builds are covered with Builders Risk Insurance while in our possession.
The delivery of your tiny home will be provided by One Call Logistics and Rulaco will arrange all transportation management. We do require that the transportation cost be paid directly to One Call Logistics by the customer. This is required due to One Call Logistics having the commercial insurance to transport your home.

We are excited to provide you a special experience during your build. We will cover segments of your build with video and all NOAH Inspections are archived for customer viewing upon final inspection being completed.
